Job Description
To collaborate to the Lead Fast Reactor (LFR) design activities for balance of plant, focusing on coordination of the activities of Building Information Modeling
Main Activities
- Oversee the production of project information in all project phase in 3D model.
- Carry out feasibility studies, conceptual design, basic and front-end design, detail engineering and design
- Develop internal standards and specific design criteria for BIM
- Interface the team to define the systems in nuclear island and balance of plant
- Develop criteria, perform verifications, support all disciplines preparation of drawings, P&IDs and schemes
- Participate to reviews and support implementation of safety requirements in design
- Coordinate, plan and supervise the work
- Collaborate to the identification of breakthrough solutions to the most complex challenges
- Write and review design criteria and analysis assessment reports
- Participate to preparation of 3D model reviews, constructability procedures for commissioning, start-up and operation of systems included in balance of plant.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams
- Coordinate assigned work with other technical personnel as directed.

Ideal Background
Education
Degree in Engineering or Diploma in technical disciplines, Master or PhD is a plus
Languages
Fluent Italian and English, French is a plus
Experience / Professional requirements
- Experience in BIM implementation in the design of industrial, steam or power plants.
- Knowledge of engineering cycle for development of feasibility, basic design, FEED, detailed engineering, commissioning, and start-up.
- Good knowledge of BIM design and analysis principles for large or complex systems.
- Ability to participate in team meetings and give technical presentations.
